- 340g Chicken Breast slices
- 1Tbsp Sungold Lite
- 1 Red onion
- 1 Yellow bell Pepper
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- Chilli Powder
- Smoked Paprika
- 1 Lemon/Lime
In a large bowl combine the chicken, peppers,onion and spices and mix.
Add 1tbsp Sungold lite to a pan and cook the fajita mix.
Sauté for 5-10 mins or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve in a tortilla wrap, with sliced avocado and Salsa.
