- 400g Chicken Chunks
- Dry Marinade
- 11/2 Tbsp. Corn Flour
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder,
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Coriander Powder
- Salt and Pepper to season
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1⁄2 Tsp. Baking Powder + Dry rub ingredients + 1/3 Cup Water
- Mayonnaise/yoghurt Sauce for dipping
- Garnish Cucumber
- Carrot Sliced
Season the chicken with the dry rub ingredients and set aside.
Make a batter in a separate bowl and set aside.
Heat enough oil in pan. Batter the chicken pieces and fry for 1-2 mins on each side
Drain the chicken pieces of excess oil on kitchen towel/rack.
Serve on a platter with sliced cucumbers, carrot and a garlic mayonnaise.
