Jayson's Creamy Green Bean Casserole
- 1 packet of green beans
- Sungold Lite Cooking Oil
- 2 Large Onions - sliced
- 4 mushrooms - chopped
- Garlic and Ginger - 2 tablespoons, crushed
- 1 tablespoons of salt
- 1 tablespoons of black pepper
- 1/4 a cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups of milk
Boil the green beans in a wok for 4-5 minutes. Transfer the boiled green beans into a bowl.
Pour the Sungold Lite Cooking Oil in a pan and add the onions and mushrooms. Fry till the onions turn golden brown. Add the salt and black pepper.
Empty the pan contents into the bowl containing the green beans.
In another pan, melt the butter and add the all purpose flour. Mix them together with a whisk and pour in the milk. Heat to boil.
Pour the contents in the pan to the bowl and mix them all together
Bake (150 degrees preheated)
